Adult Social Care Mental Health and Wellbeing Team-
The Adult Mental Health and Wellbeing team is a short term early intervention team made up of social workers, support workers and an employment specialist. They work with people who are experiencing low level mental health problems such as anxiety, stress and depression which are causing a social care need.
